FOOD HALLS & BARS

Our portfolio showcases FIRETEN Hospitality’s food hall management projects across the U.S., each designed to bring communities together through curated culinary concepts.
We’re excited to be partnering with developers, hoteliers and architects on mixed-use projects across the country. Both unique bar concepts as well management deals with food hall developers. FIRETEN’s approach to projects varies from city to city. We like to understand the culture, the needs and the wants of the community so we can create a space that will draw both locals and visitors.

Commas goes beyond your average food hall as an emporium of flavors from around the world. Drawing from local businesses to create a bustling community of bites from Ethiopia to Korea, Malaysia to El Salvador, Italy to New Jersey, hungry diners can savor a new experience each time. Linger over lunch, take a midday coffee break, corral colleagues for happy hour, or enjoy a night out with friends. With a long list of experiences in one spot, Commas is your new favorite downtown Silver Spring destination.

FIRETEN Hospitality will become the property’s FOOD HALL operational partner. We have partnered with Cana Development and GPT Realty to create a vibrant space that fills a dire food and beverage need for the community.

Lyric Market offers a seamless avenue to join the dining community of the country’s fourth-most populous city. Spanning an entire city block, the lyric market food hall stands proudly next to the iconic Lyric Tower and sets the stage for a 7,500 SF deck, communal plaza, and street side terrace. The striking multi-story structure features a collection of chef-driven concepts to showcase a curated experience of diverse food and culture.
